Cancellation Terms
All reservations are guaranteed and non-cancellable. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Payment information
You can make a 30% prepayment of the total amount via bank transfer (EFT/wire transfer). Payments made by credit card are subject to an installment fee. Upon check-in, the remaining 70% is collected in cash. Please note that credit or debit cards are not accepted for payments made at check-in. We are happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable payment option and ensuring you have a pleasant stay.
